For more than two decades, I've helped families, investors, and institutional clients make sound real estate decisions across Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia — more than 800 transactions and counting. I serve as Associate Broker at Samson Properties and Principal Broker of Magne & Associates Realty.
My foundation is institutional. From 2008 to 2013, I managed REO and asset-disposition portfolios for major lenders and servicers including PAS, EMC Mortgage, Asset Link, USRES, MDWeb, HUD, Wells Fargo, and IndyMac. That experience shapes how we work today — every property is prepared, positioned, and priced as a financial asset, not a sentimental one.
I lead a team of three licensed agents, a full-time administrator, and a dedicated contract coordinator, with deep specializations across residential sales, investment and value-add advisory, and commercial real estate — warehouses, retail centers, multifamily, and land.
I am bilingual in English and Spanish, a consistent NVAR Top Producer, and a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club.
